70 hectares of our farm are dedicated to arable land.
We have entrusted these crops to farmers who are rooted in the area, specialised in organic farming and equipped
with the means and knowledge to care for the land in all seasons. Sowing takes place in rotation
according to the conditions and needs of the different plots.
We mainly produce cereals such as spelt and durum wheat.
All arable land, along with the rest of the farm, was awarded organic certification in 2009.
Vineyards
6 hectares, all the vineyards are certified organic since 2009.
Olive groves
11 hectares are certified organic since 2009; Correggiolo, Leccino and Moraiolo cultivars.
Crops
70 hectares, dedicated for organic cereals mostly spelt and durum wheat.
Wood
Half of our land is covered by woodland and forests of oaks, holly oaks, downy oaks…
